How far ahead should I book?
For a DJ, photo or video, at least 2 weeks ahead, so we have time to prepare. For afterwork and food events, we recommend at least 3 to 4 weeks. For brand activations, at least 6 to 8 weeks.
Can I book last minute?
Sometimes, as an exception. For a DJ, photo or video, we can take a last-minute booking if we’re available. Send us your date and we reply within 1 day. The full amount is then due when the booking is approved. Event production needs time to plan, so last-minute bookings aren’t possible there.
Do you travel outside Amsterdam?
Yes, across the Netherlands. Travel is free within 10 km of Amsterdam. Between 11 and 90 km we add €100 to €200, depending on the distance. Further than 90 km, we send you a custom quote. See travel costs
How does payment work?
You pay 50% when the booking is approved. The other 50% is due 2 weeks before the event.
